How this scoring works (full methodology)
Every provider starts from its editorial score (our commission-independent rating, /10). Your answers add points for genuine fit: +2 when a provider matches your payment path, +2 for your medication preference, +1.5 for coaching if you want it, +1 for your top priority. We then show the top matches with their trade-offs — never a single "perfect" answer.
Paid partners do not get a scoring boost. When a result is a provider that pays us, it is labeled as a paid link. Editorial rankings are set the same way whether or not a provider pays us. Prices shown are starting figures — always verify current pricing and your state's availability before enrolling. Editorial data last reviewed 2026-07-28.
